Linda is professionalism and customer service personified. I have used Linda the last 3 times and I will not go to anyone else. I watched her handle an ignorant customer with class and poise and then profusely apologized to me for making me wait. Not only can she handle the different personalities of customers she is an amazing stylist. She is always willing to offer a suggestion without pushing you into something you don't want.
